Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a DevOps / Platform Engineer for its Cebu, Philippines hub, offering hybrid work with a night shift. The role focuses on operating production AWS infrastructure, deploying containers, and building automated CI/CD pipelines.

You will also implement IaC and strengthen observability across systems. Ideal candidates have hands-on AWS production experience, Docker deployments, and proficiency with GitHub Actions and IaC tools.

Qualifications

• Must have strong AWS production experience (compute, networking, IAM, logging).
• Hands-on Docker production deployments (ECS/Fargate or equivalent).
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and IaC (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
• Strong Linux and shell scripting with Python for ops tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production AWS infrastructure (containers, networking, IAM, databases).
• Design and automate CI/CD pipelines and IaC using Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
