Job summary

RCBC in Taguig is seeking a seasoned DevOps leader to oversee digital assurance services and the governance program for agile projects. You will shape and drive the DevOps strategy to accelerate time-to-market, improve software quality, and boost operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with application development, IT operations, and QA, establish automation testing strategies, manage testing platforms and providers, and integrate DevOps within the Agile framework to align with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 7–10 years in IT with 3–5 years leading a DevOps team.
• Strong expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Creates, leads, and implements the DevOps Strategy of the Group.
• Leads the development and implementation of the DevOps strategy to accelerate time-to-market, improve software quality, and increase operational efficiency.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive DevOps policies and procedures to guide the Bank’s DevOps practices.
• Collaborates with application development divisions, IT operations, and quality assurance teams to implement automated processes for CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
• Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the organization, fostering the adoption of DevOps practices.
• Oversees the digital assurance function: Establishes automation testing strategies, techniques, tools, and frameworks; and manages the automated testing platform and testing service providers.
• Develops a strategic plan to integrate DevOps practices within the Agile framework, ensuring that the plan aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
