PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a DevOps Engineer Manager to bridge development, operations, and security, driving secure, efficient software delivery across client programs. You will lead, coach, and collaborate with global teams while owning project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–11 years of experience in DevSecOps/cloud engineering.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken skills.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure, CI/CD, IaC, and cloud modernization.

Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between development, operations, and security teams to facilitate seamless and secure application and software development. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on integrating industry-leading practices to validate secure, consistent, and efficient delivery of software and applications. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Extensive experience in Azure cloud engineering, architecture, automation, and cloud modernization initiatives.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, manage cloud transformation projects, and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
