Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the Shared Tech team in a cross-functional setting. You will design and maintain secure platform solutions, build automation across infrastructure, and develop CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps while collaborating with global partners.

You will work with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions that support millions of ING customers worldwide, in a dynamic, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience administering and troubleshooting Linux environments.
• Shell scripting and process automation.
• ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, dashboard creation and performance monitoring.
• CI/CD principles and release management practices.
• Experience supporting and maintaining production environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams and DevOps ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and reliable platform solutions.
• Build and enhance automation capabilities across infrastructure and operational processes.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Create and optimize scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot system and application issues within Linux environments.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote DevOps best practices, operational excellence, and infrastructure automation.
• Continuously learn and explore emerging technologies and engineering practices.
