Job summary

Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited in Manila is seeking a senior DevOps leader to enable reliable, secure, and scalable software delivery by designing, building, and operating DevOps platforms, pipelines, and practices that support global enabling function products and services.

You will act as a senior technical leader, mentor engineers in CI/CD, automation, reliability, and operational excellence, and collaborate with software, platform, security, and architecture teams to align delivery

Role description:

Enable reliable, secure, and scalable software delivery by designing, building, and operating DevOps platforms, pipelines, and practices that support global enabling function products and services.

Role accountabilities:

Individual accountabilities:

Leadership

• Act as a senior technical leader and role model for DevOps practices across enabling function software teams.
• Mentor and support engineers and product teams in CI/CD, automation, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering, platform, security, and architecture teams to align delivery practices.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in the software delivery lifecycle.

Technical Skills

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and repeatable software releases.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management for cloud and platform environments.
• Embed security, compliance, and quality controls into delivery pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Support cloud-native architectures, container platforms, and automation tooling.
• Troubleshoot complex delivery, infrastructure, and production issues across environments.
  

Accountability

• Accountable for adherence to agreed standards, guardrails, and governance for enabling function software delivery.

Key Shared Accountabilities:

• Contribute to achieving enabling function software delivery performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency targets.
• Support continuous improvement of shared platforms, tooling, and engineering standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Deep hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Proven ability to balance delivery speed with security, reliability, and quality.
