Job summary

Crawford and Company in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions. You will work on Apex, LWCs, Aura components, and complex automation to tailor Service and Sales Cloud features to business needs.

This role requires 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience, strong understanding of data and security models, and a proven ability to write unit tests with good coverage. Certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer or engineering or related field is required.
• 3-5 years Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools.
• Ability to write 75%+ coverage unit tests with proper mocking and assertions.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of: Apex (Classes, Triggers, Async Apex, Test Classes), LWC/Aura, SOQL, SOSL, API Integrations.
