Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking an experienced IT/ECM professional in Metro Manila. The role involves designing and coding IT applications, configuring deployment scripts, and performing testing across environments.

You will support production, monitor systems, and assist with upgrades, while maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring system security. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver end-to-end projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT/ECM experience.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, PHP, SQL.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs for modules aligned with requirements architecture.
• Develop application code and configuration scripts for deployment across environments.
• Perform unit testing and SIT; prepare packages, deployment scripts, and installation guides.
• Support production, monitor systems, and assist in upgrades and maintenance.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 3 years Of experience in IT and or Enterprise Content (ECM)


• Very conversant programming languages like C, C\", Java, Javascript, Python, Ruby, PHP, SQL


• Technical knowledge and experience in Windows and Linux servers, MS SQL, Postves, Jboss Webserver, Apache Tomcat, Powershell Scripting Hands on experience on 1-2 Platforms like CRM, Mobile app development, ECM, Data etc with at least 2 end to end projects delivered.


• Conversant with programming,' development tools like Development platforms/IDE, Configuration management, review etc. worked with Agile and Waterfall delivery methods Basic Function - Develop detailed design and development necessary code, configuration for the assigned IT application or platform

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed design for modules that need to be developed and align with requirements architecture Develops application code according to the agreed functional design, technical design, and standards Develops configuration 'scripts to the agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies and standards for Package deployment Conducts unit test and SIT for new software/application Develops system a operational (documentation and user Reports progress and issues in a timely manner to delivery manager Prepares package, configuration fits, deployment scripts and installation guide& for all environments Support production when necessary Monitors, maintains and upgrades applicable technology systems in assigned area of responsibility, which includes quality assurance, problem solving, researching user issues, performing upgrades and maintenance and implementing system modifications.


• Writes and maintain user report programs based on the needs of the internal customers Supports, troubleshoots and upgrades applicable system infrastructure.


• Provides project management for systems implementations which may include: programming, providing team leadership, testing', implementing, and tracking performance and data quality. Analyzes business process issues and/ problems and provides consulting assistance to system users; conducts research on possible solutions and makes based on findings; develops proposals that outline feasibility and costs; suggests, designs, tests, implements, and evaluates solutions Develops a variety of procedures, reports, scripts, and/or interface.
