Job summary

Circular Economy Systems (CES) is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer (F&O) to join our finance technology team in Manila. You will develop, enhance, and maintain D365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform, and ISV solutions, partnering with Finance stakeholders to streamline processes and improve data quality.

You will report to the Technical Lead and contribute to a scalable Microsoft ecosystem, driving continuous improvement across development practices and integrations with external systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a development role.
• Hands-on X++ development and customization.
• Exposure to end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.
• Understanding of core F&O modules (Finance, AP, AR, GL).
• Experience with integrations (Dual Write, DMF, APIs).
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in structured delivery environments and follow direction.
• Collaborative mindset working with technical and functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with CES Finance stakeholders to develop and enhance solutions that improve financial processes, automation, and reporting capabilities.
• Build and configure solutions across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++ and standard configuration approaches
• Translate technical designs and requirements into working components, ensuring quality and alignment to defined standards
• Support development across Power Platform and ISVs where required, working within established patterns
• Contribute to integrations across D365 and external systems (e.g. Dual Write, DMF, APIs), supporting implementation and troubleshooting
• Participate in code reviews, testing and defect resolution to ensure high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Technical Lead to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
• Assist in troubleshooting issues across environments, identifying root causes and implementing fixes
• Follow established development, release and environment management processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tooling and standards

About the role

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer (F&O) to support CES's internal Finance team by developing, enhancing, and maintaining solutions across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform, and selected ISVs. Working closely with Finance stakeholders, you will build scalable solutions that streamline processes, improve data quality, and support day-to-day business operations. Reporting to the Technical Lead, you'll play a key role in the ongoing evolution of our finance technology landscape and broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with CES Finance stakeholders to develop and enhance solutions that improve financial processes, automation, and reporting capabilities.

About you

• Experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a development capacity

• Hands‑on experience with X++ development and customisation

• Exposure to at least one end‑to‑end D365 F&O implementation (or strong involvement in a major phase)

• Understanding of core F&O modules (e.g. Finance, AP, AR, GL)

• Experience working with integrations (Dual Write, DMF, APIs or similar)

• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is beneficial

• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work within structured delivery environments and follow technical direction

• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with both technical and functional stakeholders
