Circular Economy Systems in the Philippines is seeking a Dynamics 365 ERP specialist to join our growing team. You will help deliver and evolve the Scheme Payments Platform built on D365 F&O and Power Platform, collaborating with stakeholders, consultants, and developers across the full project lifecycle.
You will gather requirements, contribute to functional design, participate in testing, enable users, and support post‑go live operations as CES expands into new markets.
Accelerating the transition to a circular economy
We are proud to be an active contributor in the circular economy through container deposit schemes (10c refund for eligible drink containers). We help our scheme partners recycle close to 10 million drink containers every day, diverting them from landfill into the circular economy.
Our technology and services enable the circular lifecycle of drink containers. We have a large in‑house software engineering team using modern technology stacks to develop and support our products. As well as a suite of SaaS products, our range of business services includes accounting, payments, brand & marketing, materials trading, HR, customer service and support.
CES was formed in 2017 as a joint venture between Lion and Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners and has grown rapidly. Headquartered in North Sydney, we’re growing our team in the Philippines, with access to office locations throughout Metro Manila. Our teams are passionate about our mission to ensure valuable materials are recycled and not wasted. We provide an inclusive culture, hybrid and flexible working and career development to bring the best out in our people.
Originally known as Container Exchange Services, we have rebranded to Circular Economy Systems to recognise our vision to be leaders in the transition to a circular economy.
You’ll be joining CES at an exciting stage of growth, helping deliver and evolve our Scheme Payments Platform (SPP) — a core business platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Power Platform.
Working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers, you’ll contribute to major platform initiatives, D365 enhancements, and continuous improvements that support high‑volume financial, claims, invoicing, and payment processes. From requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, user enablement, and ongoing support, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved across the full project lifecycle while building deep expertise in a product‑led ERP environment. As CES expands into new markets, you’ll play an important role in shaping the systems that support that growth.
