Job summary

Grandspan Development Corporation in Binangonan Rizal is seeking a Detailing Supervisor to oversee the production and quality of detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications for our construction projects.

You will lead a team of detailing personnel, review drawings for compliance, collaborate with project teams, and develop standardized detailing procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in detailing or supervisory roles in the construction industry.
• Specialised structural detailing experience required.
• Strong CAD proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise detailing team to ensure timely, accurate drawings and documents.
• Review and approve drawings, specs for compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and implement standardized detailing procedures and quality control measures.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior detailing staff to enhance their skills.
• Communicate with clients and external design consultants to address needs and concerns.
• Participate in project planning and decision-making processes to contribute to project success.
