Job summary

Ruby Staffing is seeking an Accounting Associate to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and records maintenance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and strong English communication.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining financial records, assisting with reconciliations, and performing daily accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication (professional level).
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise preferred) or similar software.
