Focusinc Group Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our finance team in managing accounts payable, invoicing, and vendor transactions. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and internal collaboration to keep financial records clean.

You will handle AP tickets, reconcile prepayments, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining strong vendor relationships and contributing to month-end activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or related field.
• 1–2 years in bookkeeping, AP, or related finance role.
• Solid understanding of AP processes and vendor management.
• Experience with invoice processing, reconciliation, and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple open items.
• Strong written and verbal communication, proactive follow-through.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP tickets from receipt through resolution and completion.
• Request and follow up on outstanding invoices from vendors.
• Encode invoices into the accounting system accurately.
• Verify invoices against POs, receipts, and supporting docs.
• Monitor due dates and route invoices for approval and payment.
• Perform prepayment reconciliation and resolve issues.
• Investigate discrepancies (quantity, pricing, PO matches).
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams.
• Assist month-end close and AP aging reviews.
