Job summary

APS Logistics Philippines Inc is seeking an Accounting Staff to join the finance team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on accurate financial record-keeping, invoice processing, and compliance with accounting standards.

You will assist in monthly/quarterly reporting, handle AP/AR, support audits, and ensure data integrity while maintaining confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in accounting roles such as staff or assistant accountant.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions and maintain records of expenditures and income.
• Prepare and process invoices, PO, and payment vouchers accurately.
• Reconcile bank statements and GL accounts to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable including follow-ups on invoices.
• Support audits by organizing documentation for auditors.
• Perform data entry with precision and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with tax compliance and timely submission of documents.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve accounting queries.
• Maintain internal controls and confidentiality of financial data.
