Job summary

Goodliving Household Furniture Trading is seeking an Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team in the Philippines, Bohol. You will handle daily financial reporting, monitor cash and card transactions, and support payroll and monthly closings.

Fresh graduates with strong accounting skills are welcome. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required, and you will work independently under HR supervision with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, or related course preferred.
• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates with good accounting skills are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily sales and expense reports.
• Record and monitor cash, bank, GCash, Maya, and card transactions.
• Reconcile daily sales with receipts and actual cash collected.
• Track expenses, supplier payments, and invoices.
• Prepare employee payroll and commission reports.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss summaries.
• Organize financial documents and assist with BIR-related requirements.
• Report discrepancies and financial issues to management.
