Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Philippines taxation regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts in accordance with GAAP.
• Record daily financial transactions including invoices, receipts, and expense claims.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements, trial balances, and reports for management review.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and reconciliations.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and proper filing/archive.
• Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as required.
• Identify and report discrepancies in financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to clarify transactions.
