Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, or a related field.
• Preferably with 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Process disbursement transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
• Prepare and maintain accounting schedules to support monthly and annual reporting
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and other accounting functions, including preparing journal entries and analyzing general ledger balances
• Assist in the processing, recording and validating accounting transactions
• Assist in gathering data and documents in relation to audit
• Maintain proper filing of disbursement vouchers and supporting documentation for audit readiness
• Perfom other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by the Accounting Head
