Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Trainers are expected toengage both new and current designers to plan time and activities to ensure theachievement of SG Interactive’s established goals and objectives within ourdesign agency.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create,manage and deliver new hire design training to ensure success in ourCreative division.
• Create,maintain and deliver training documents that continue to support new hiredesign training.
• Identifyopportunities and develop and implement ‘Training Action Plans’.
• Developmonthly, weekly and daily execution plans.
• Discoverany opportunities in our Creative department based on metrics, feedbackand performance.
• Developimproved training collateral and methodologies to drive improvedperformance within the Creative team.
• Act as apoint of contact for multiple departments to drive performance and supportany training initiative.
• Serve as an information resource for, and liaisonbetween, the field and the SG Interactive’s management by communicating issues,opportunities and market intelligence through effective written, electronic andverbal means.
  

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Fluentknowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint processes, tools and techniques.
• Proficiencyin the Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Excellentcommunication, negotiation, analytical, and objection handling skills.
• Priorexperience and knowledge of an agency is desirable.
• Ability towork with management and colleagues throughout the business and industryat every level.
• Must haveexcellent attention to detail.
• Must be anentrepreneurial self-starter, ambitious, accountable, and action-oriented.
• Willing towork on shifting schedule.
