Job summary

SM City Valenzuela Design Officer will work closely with contractors, tenants and officials to ensure design works meet standards and regulatory requirements. You will resolve design problems quickly and advise on restoration and alterations of existing structures.

The role involves coordinating with engineers, surveyors and construction specialists from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies, design guidelines and local construction laws within SM City Valenzuela.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure design works are carried out to specific standards and any design problems are quickly resolved.
• Advise on restoration and conservation of old properties and alterations to existing structures.
• Oversee projects from beginning to end, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards and relevant laws.

Job description

The Design Officer works closely with contractors, tenants, and officials on site in ensuring that design works are carried out to specific standards. the individual further guarantees that any design problems which may arise are quickly resolved, confirms design alterations to the existing structure, and/or advises on restoration and conversation of old properties. He/she works with engineers, surveyors, and construction specialists on site and oversees projects from beginning to end making sure that structures meet company policies, company standards on design and image, management standards, and rules, laws, and regulations on construction.

Educational Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

• With 2 years & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture
• With experience in AutoCAD & SketchApp Technology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with all levels of the organization.

Work Location:

The candidate must be willing to be assigned in SM City Valenzuela.
