The role involves developing design concepts, selecting materials, managing schedules, and serving as the primary client contact to align designs with project objectives and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering required.
• 1–2 years of experience in design or construction management or related field.
• Proficiency with Computer aided design and graphic software.
• Active PRC license required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of database management and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design teams, architects, engineers and consultants to ensure timely delivery of design documents.
• Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and regulations across projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules for timely design phase completion.
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Choose materials that meet the design brief and budget while ensuring aesthetics and function.
• Lead QA processes to maintain design quality and standards.
• Manage design budgets and coordinate with construction timelines and stakeholders.
