Job summary

Ashok Leyland Limited in the Philippines seeks a technical professional with 2–6 years of experience to support Electrical & Electronics integration at the vehicle level.

You will define architecture, propose interface requirements for E&E systems and ensure delivery aligned with Quality, Cost and Delivery targets.

Experience with automotive connectors, vehicle-level testing, and familiarity with FMEA/DVVP will be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–6 years of hands-on experience in E&E integration.
• Strong understanding of vehicle-level E&E architecture.
• Ability to define sub-system requirements and interfaces.
• Delivery-focused on quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Knowledge of automotive connectors, clips, clamps, circuits, wires.
• Familiarity with vehicle-level testing and validation protocols.
• Exposure to automotive quality systems such as FMEA and DVVP.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of E&E system integration at the vehicle level in compliance with Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets.
• Define the architecture and sub-system requirements, and drill down to sub-system level requirements.
• Propose interface requirements of E&E systems and ensure proper integration.
• Coordinate testing and validation at vehicle level to meet program milestones.
• Apply knowledge of automotive connectors and wiring to ensure reliable integration.
• Support issue analysis related to E&E integration and participate in DVVP activities.

• The incumbent of the role is expected to possess the below:
• Should have good understanding of Vehicle level E&E Architecture
• Should be able to propose interface requirements of E&E systems
• Understand the requirements & define the architecture needed. Define sub system requirements, drill down to sub system level requirements
• Responsible for delivery of E&E system integration at the vehicle level in compliance with Quality, Cost and Delivery targets
• Knowledge of automotive connectors, clips, clamps, circuits, wires, etc.
• Knowledge on Vehicle Level testing, validation protocols of E&E system
• Exposure to vehicle level issue analysis
• Exposure in automotive vehicle and quality systems (FMEA, DVVP)
