Job summary

Haskell Company Philippines, Inc. is seeking a design professional to produce innovative, cost-effective architectural designs, drawings and specifications for assigned projects.

You will coordinate with other disciplines and develop work suitable for professional licensure eligibility. Responsibilities include conceptual, detailed and construction documentation, field support, planning and project coordination, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• With at least 5 years of significant experience in Revit and Architectural design works.
• Preferably Registered Architect and knowledge of local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual Design: establish discipline basis of design for review.
• Detailed Design: perform design checks, calculations and ensure safety.
• Detailing: apply design fundamentals under supervision and prepare clear memos and drawings.
• Construction Documents: produce organized, high-quality design documents.
• Construction Support: check shop drawings and assist field inspections.
• Planning/Scheduling/Profitability: create work plans and meet key dates.
• Project Management: document meetings and communication for the discipline lead.
• Travel as required.
• Other duties as needed.
