Job summary

DMCasteel Construction Corporation is seeking a Design Architect to lead and refine the architectural vision for our civil and structural projects. Based primarily in the office, you will transform concepts into high-quality 3D visualizations and fully detailed construction drawing packages.

You will develop conceptual designs, space layouts, and renderings for proposals, while coordinating with engineers to ensure designs meet codes and project requirements.

Qualifications

• License: Registered Licensed Architect (PRC).
• Experience: 1–2 years in architectural design, 3D modeling, and drafting.
• Technical Proficiency: AutoCAD and Revit; 3D render tools such as SketchUp/Enscape/Lumion/V-Ray are a plus.
• Portfolio: Showcases conceptual work, 3D renders, and technical drawing sets.
• Soft Skills: Strong aesthetic sense, spatial awareness, clear communication, able to translate structural needs into design.

Responsibilities

About the Role

DMCasteel Construction Corporation is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to lead and refine the architectural vision for our growing portfolio of civil and structural projects.

This position is tailored for an architect whose passion lies in conceptual design, 3D modeling, space planning, and detailed technical drafting. Operating primarily from our office, you will serve as the creative engine of our projects—transforming concepts into high-quality 3D visual representations and fully detailed construction drawing packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development & Visualization: Develop conceptual designs, space layouts, and high-impact 3D renderings for client presentations and project proposals.

• Technical Drafting & Detailing: Prepare, refine, and finalize detailed architectural drawing packages—including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details—using AutoCAD and Revit.

• Structural & Design Alignment: Collaborate closely with structural engineers and project managers to ensure architectural details seamlessly integrate with engineering specs and building codes.

• Material & Finish Specifications: Select, specify, and document building materials, finishes, and architectural hardware to elevate project quality and aesthetics.

• Design Revisions & Support: Manage design iterations, client modifications, and technical adjustments throughout the pre-construction and planning phases.

Qualifications

• License: Registered Licensed Architect (PRC).

• Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in architectural design, 3D modeling, and production drafting.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Strong skill set in 3D rendering tools (such as SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray) is an advantage.

• Design Portfolio: A design portfolio showcasing conceptual work, 3D visual renders, and technical drawing sets.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional aesthetic judgment, strong spatial awareness, clear communication, and the ability to turn structural requirements into functional, beautiful designs.
