JOB SUMMARY
The Design and Website Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating, producing, managing and executing creative design, artwork and multimedia materials for use on various channels across the Center’s programs and projects, including developing and maintaining the main website.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The following responsibilities outline the core functions of the Design and Website Coordinator. They define the role’s contribution to the Center’s success and its alignment with organizational goals and objectives. They also serve as basis for performance expectations and accountability
1) Campaign-Oriented Content and Development Production
- Design and implement visual elements for campaign- oriented content and production outputs, ensuring cohesive branding and effective communication across materials.
2) Brand Management and Quality Control
- Develop and recommend conceptual directions, design policies and brand guidelines to ensure consistency in the Center’s visual identity and uphold established creative and editorial standards.
- Provide branding and design oversight in the development of the Center’s key publications, campaign materials and communication outputs.
- Reviews creative materials and design resources to ensure compliance with approved branding guidelines and quality standards.
- Conducts quality control checks on design proofs to ensure accuracy, readability, alignment with approved project parameters and absence of design or layout errors.

- Coordinate the development, implementation and improvement of website systems, digital platforms and related software tools in support of communication initiatives.
- Manage coordination with service providers, suppliers and internal units for website development, maintenance, system upgrades and related digital services.
- Provide technical support (pre-, during and post-) for the Center’s online events and webinars, including those with external partners.
4) Administrative Support
- Manage procurement and provide clear instructions and guidance to third‑party contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Provide assistance in evaluating bids from third‑party contractors and suppliers to ensure fairness, compliance and value for the organization.
- Prepare, file, and submit internal and external request letters and forms.
- Prepare technical, financial, and other required reports and documentation for unit projects
- Provide administrative support by contributing inputs to staff hiring processes and budget preparation, ensuring resources align with the design and web coordination needs of the Center
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the unit’s operational guidelines, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and effective implementation.
