Responsibilities

• Identify complex operational issues and develop creative workflow solutions.
• Review and redefine project plans to ensure completeness.
• Coordinate post‑implementation support for projects and initiatives.
• Represent the business unit in major division or corporate initiatives.
• Stay current on future initiatives affecting business areas and the company.
• Outline cost/benefit analysis and recommended solutions.
• Build external vendor relationships to stay updated on best practices.
• Develop feasibility studies and business cases for new initiatives.
• Establish relationships with business leaders to determine optimal solutions.
• Ensure processes and systems comply with regulatory requirements.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and tests with clients to ensure deliverables.
• Provide user trainings and support during major technology implementations.
