Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co in Manila is seeking an experienced TSCO - Clearing and Settlement Analyst for Derivative Settlements at Analyst/Senior Analyst level. The role covers daily settlements, trade confirmations, and cash transfers with a focus on accurate processing and strong controls.

You will work with global settlement management and broader operations to ensure timely, compliant operations, including reporting and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferably in Business Administration or related course
• Strong understanding on OTC Derivatives Concept
• Fluent with English, both verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Eye for detail, ability to multitask, and meet strict deadlines

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all trade confirmations are matched in a timely manner, meeting regulatory requirements on confirmation timeliness.
• Complete daily pre and post settlements within the agreed timeline.
• Investigate and resolve queries, coordinating with Sales, Trading, other DB branches and external customers.
• Maintain a strong control environment with diligence and accuracy.
• Manage resources and adapt to market-driven flows to meet client and market needs.
• Prepare management reports and contribute to departmental initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
