Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
• 1–3 years in banking/remittance/finance/customer service
• Knowledge of basic banking and remittance operations
• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized transaction systems
• Strong numerical, analytical and attention-to-detail skills

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk tasks and CTR/PCHC reports
• Manage cash counter and vault register updates
• Daily cash counts and end-of-day inventory
• Monitor vault balances morning and afternoon
• Handle AML/KYC alerts (on-boarding/SAM/Name screening/tracking)
• Process outgoing payments and transfers (MT103)
• Open accounts/E-banking for clients; monitor end-of-day GL balances
• Maintain reports for regulatory needs
• Authorize daily front desk transactions and enforce clean desk
• Ensure KYC compliance and timely update of client information
• Generate Covered Transaction Reports and report to AML Officer
