Job summary

Chinabank seeks a strategic Head of Data Management and Governance to lead a new function within the Data Innovation and AI Division. You will shape data governance, establish a trusted data estate, and enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will build and lead a team, define policies, ensure compliance, and partner with business and tech units to deliver practical data solutions and insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus)
• Strong experience in data governance, master data management, data architecture, and data quality management
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and guide teams
• Solid understanding of data privacy and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with data management tools, platforms, and frameworks
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels of the organization

As the Head of Data Management and Governance , you will lead a newly established function under the Data Innovation and AI Division. Your role is to shape how data is managed across Chinabank—ensuring it is trustworthy, well-organized, and aligned with business and regulatory needs. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing
