PrimaCare Dental is seeking a licensed Dentist to consult, diagnose, plan, and provide dental treatments while ensuring proper documentation. You will support clinic operations, inventory, and staff performance across branches in the Philippines.
The role requires maintaining high patient care standards, collaborating with management for approvals, and contributing to branch targets. Orthodontics knowledge is a plus; 1–5 years of experience preferred.
The Dentist is responsible for consulting, diagnosing, planning, and providing appropriate dental treatments to patients, while ensuring all clinical procedures are properly documented. He/She plays a key role in maintaining continuous and high-quality dental services within the clinic and ensuring overall patient satisfaction.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Dentist supports clinic operations through recommendations on the procurement of instruments, materials, and supplies, as well as monitoring inventory levels. He/She also contributes to strategic decisions for clinic development and assists in managing the performance and conduct of clinic employees under his/her supervision.

Makati, Biñan (Laguna), Imus (Cavite), Dasmariñas (Cavite), Angeles (Pampanga), Malolos, San Juan del Monte (Bulacan), Metroeast, Fairview, San Juan (Manila), and Lipa (Batangas).
Diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
Promote oral health and prevent dental diseases through procedures such as prophylaxis, cavity restoration, extractions, and tooth replacement (crowns, bridges, veneers, or dentures).
Develop and implement treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
Interpret x-rays and other diagnostic tests.
Conduct patient consultations, obtain medical and dental histories, and present treatment options based on findings.
Administer anesthetics safely and effectively.
Monitor the growth and development of teeth and jaws; perform orthodontic banding and monthly adjustments.
Provide pre-procedural and post-operative instructions to patients.
Prescribe appropriate medications to manage pain or discomfort related to dental symptoms or treatments.
Accurately encode all clinical procedures performed on patients in the software system and/or paper records without delay.
Assist operations in supervising proper stock management of consumables, materials, and instruments.
Support operations in overseeing daily clinic activities and staff performance.
Maintain harmonious working relationships with all team members in the branch.
Communicate clinical discussions, and material/instrument requests to the Primacare Dental Management for approval before implementation.
Contribute to achieving the branch's monthly financial and operational targets.
Coordinate with the head office to promptly resolve any customer service-related issues.
Must possess a valid PRC Dentist License.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality dental care and treatment.
Preferably with knowledge and experience in Orthodontics, but applications from newly licensed dentists are also welcome.
Applicants must have at least 1 to 5 years of professional experience as a Dentist.
