Job summary

Halcyon Marine Healthcare Systems Inc. invites licensed dentists in Metro Manila to join our dental unit. You will receive patients, perform examinations, and maintain records via the iNet system, ensuring accurate documentation of dental visits.

We seek professionals with strong English and Filipino communication, solid patient rapport, and willingness to work Saturdays. Immediate availability is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Dentist.
• 1+ year clinical experience is a plus; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and patient rapport.
• Willing to work Saturdays and start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients and coordinate intake via iNet before examination.
• Record and update dental exams, check-ups, and follow-ups in patient database.
• Interpret Panoramic Radiographs as requested.
• Sanitize and sterilize dental instruments and maintain unit cleanliness.
• Oversee and maintain dental instruments and equipment for daily operations.
• Contribute to revisions of unit guidelines and address client concerns for improvement.
• Ensure inventory and supplies are requested based on reorder points.
• Maintain sanitation of the unit/workplace after each patient.

Job Summary

• Receive patients in coordination with the Dental encoder checked and verified through the iNet system prior to performing a dental examination.
• Provide and instruct the Dental encoder for updates on dental examinations, completed check-ups, follow-ups and pending dental requirements to be recorded on the patient’s database.
• Provides additional dental diagnostic by interpreting results of Panoramic Radiograph as per client request.
• Ensures proper cleaning of dental instruments and equipment through sterilization for proper sanitation.
• Oversees and maintains instruments and equipment ensuring normal functions for the day-to-day activity and observing the cleanliness of the Dental Unit.
• Suggests and recommends revision of Unit’s guidelines and procedures including answering for client’s concerns for continuous improvement of the Unit.
• Conducts and ensures accuracy of requested supplies and inventory based on the prescribed reorder points.
• Responsible for sanitation of the unit/workplace after facilitating each patient.
