Job Description
  • Examine, diagnose, and treat a variety of dental conditions, ensuring the highest level of care and patient comfort.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and concerns. Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options.
  • Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to filings, crowns, root canals, extractions, cleanings, and preventive care.
  • Provide patients with advice on proper oral hygiene, diet, and lifestyle choices that can prevent dental issues.
  • Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests to identify conditions and recommend treatments.
  • Provide emergency dental care as necessary for patients, including pain management and immediate treatment of injuries or dental issues.
  • Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.
  • Educate patients about oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, and medical histories in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in dental technologies, treatments and industry best practices through education.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from accredited dental school.
  • Active state dental license, in good standing, with no history of malpractice claims.
  • Previous experience in clinical dentistry is preferred but recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of patients while maintaining quality care.
