Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Applications.
• Good clerical and communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Good interpersonal skills and patient rapport.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Background in secretarial or encoding tasks is an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients and verify their queue through the system prior to dental examinations.
• Prepare the Dental Unit by checking the necessary materials and supplies before examinations.
• Receive and encode dental examination results in the patient's dental chart in the system.
• Assist the Dentist in cleaning and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment to ensure proper sanitation.
• Monitor daily consumption of supplies, daily census, and panoramic radiograph records.
• Prepare supply requisitions for proper inventory monitoring.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
