Beyond Dental Corp. in Makati is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to support the dentist during a variety of procedures. The role requires 1–3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, and is based on-site in Makati. You will handle chairside assistance, patient care, sterilization, lab work, inventory, and front-desk support as needed.

The position offers hands-on training and performance-based recognition as part of a busy clinical team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Chairside Assistance: assist the dentist during procedures.
• Patient Care: greet patients, prep for treatment, provide post-operative instructions as directed.
• Sterilization & Infection Control: follow clinic protocols for sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms.
• Lab Work: pour and trim diagnostic casts/models and coordinate with external labs for prosthetics.
• Inventory Management: monitor dental supplies and notify Clinic Manager when stock is low.
• Administrative Support: assist front desk with scheduling, updating EMRs, and processing payments when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside Assistance: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including prophylaxis, fillings, root canals, oral surgeries, etc.
• Patient Care: Greet patients, prepare them for treatment, and provide post-operative instructions as directed by the dentist.
• Sterilization & Infection Control: Strictly follow DOH and clinic protocols for sterilizing instruments, disinfecting treatment rooms, and disposing of hazardous waste.
• Lab Work: Pour and trim diagnostic casts/models and coordinate with external dental laboratories for prosthetics.
• Inventory Management: Monitor dental supplies and notify the Clinic Manager when stocks are low to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Administrative Support: Assist the front desk with scheduling appointments, updating patient records (Electronic Medical Records), and processing payments when necessary only.
