Join MEDVA is seeking a Dental Billing Specialist with experience in US healthcare to join our team in the Philippines. You will manage dental claims, verify patient benefits, post payments, and follow up on denials with accuracy and HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of US dental billing experience, familiarity with ADA, CPT, ICD-10 coding, and experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of dental billing experience in the US healthcare system.
• Familiarity with dental insurance plans, dental coding (ADA, CPT, ICD-10).
• Experience with EHR systems and dental billing software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and submit dental claims to insurance companies, including primary and secondary claims.
• Verify patient benefits and eligibility.
• Post insurance and patient payments and reconcile accounts.
• Follow up on denials or underpayments and resubmit/appeal when necessary.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve issues and ensure timely payments.
