Job summary

Enable Dental, Inc. is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to run the clinical side of a mobile team delivering care to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings around the San Mateo area.

You will prepare treatment rooms, take radiographs, mentor other assistants, and help keep daily operations on schedule while driving a minivan between sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental assistant experience.
• Active state-level Dental Assistant certification.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, age 25+.

$500.00 sign on bonus included!

$35.00- 40.00 hr. Monday-Friday. Lead a mobile clinical team making a difference every day. Enable Dental is a mobile dental practice bringing care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings across the San Mateo area. As a Lead Dental Assistant, you'll run the clinical side of a small, close-knit mobile team and play a hands‑on role in how care gets delivered every day.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE

• $35.00- 40.00 hr, depending on experience

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, daytime hours

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 2+ years of dental assistant experience

• Comfort working in patients homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office

LOCATION

This role serves patients throughout the greater San Mateo area

Job Requirements:

• Willing & able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
• Must be comfortable driving a minivan for mobile visits
• Must be over 25 years old, with a State Driver's License and clean driving record
• Full time schedule (4-10 hour shifts)
