Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience, preferably in hotel/hospitality/high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and HACCP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within your assigned kitchen section in accordance with brand standards and recipes.
• Assisting the Chef de Partie in ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations during service.
• Maintaining consistency in food preparation, portioning, and presentation to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitoring stock levels, proper storage of ingredients, and minimizing food waste.
• Following all food safety and hygiene standards to meet local regulations and company requirements.
• Supporting the training and development of Commis Chefs and kitchen colleagues when required.
• Ensuring workstation, equipment, and tools are clean, organized, and in excellent working condition.
• Working collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve departmental goals and provide a seamless dining experience.
