Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Demand Planning Lead for the Philippines hub to drive dailyDemand Analyst execution and ensure accurate, timely, and consistent demand plans across regions, customers, locations, and product lines.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, strong analytics, and hands-on coverage during peaks, with close collaboration to the Demand Hub Leader and regional planners. Fluency in English and adaptability to time zones are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
APICS certification is a plus.
Experience coordinating work, leading projects, coaching others, or serving as a subject-matter lead.

Responsibilities

Lead daily Demand Analyst execution with clear assignments, deadlines, and quality standards.
Manage team workload, capacity, and development.
Ensure demand planning activities are accurate and delivered on time.
Communicate progress, risks, data issues, and decisions to Demand Hub Leader.
Collaborate with regional planners and stakeholders to align forecasts.
Monitor forecast performance and lead root-cause analysis.
