Job summary

Advance Food Concepts Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning/Forecasting professional in Metro Manila. The role focuses on developing monthly forecasts, analyzing trends, and identifying risks to deliver accurate demand planning insights.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales, Production, Marketing and Finance to drive S&OP processes and supply chain reliability, leveraging ERP/MRP systems to optimize forecasting cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, BA, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Sales Forecasting or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage frozen and rolling forecasts on a monthly basis.
• Analyze and challenge forecast based on historical trends, seasonality and product life cycles.
• Identify demand risks and opportunities proactively.
• Measure and report forecast accuracy regularly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting reliability.
• Provide performance feedback to Sales teams.
• Prepare demand review materials for S&OP meetings.
• Lead and facilitate S&OP weekly activity/meeting.
• Present demand risks, gaps and mitigation plans.
• Work closely with Sales, Production Planner, Marketing and Finance teams.
