Vismotor Corporation, Head Office – Talamban, Cebu City, is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst- Sr. Associate to analyze sales trends, inventory levels, branch capacity, and product movement to support accurate motorcycle unit allocation and replenishment planning.
The role ensures the right motorcycle models and quantities are available across warehouses and branches while minimizing stock shortages, aging units, and excess inventory.

The Demand Planning Analyst- Sr. Associate analyzes sales trends, inventory levels, branch capacity, and product movement to support accurate motorcycle unit allocation and replenishment planning. The role ensures that the right motorcycle models and quantities are available across warehouses and branches while minimizing stock shortages, excess inventory, and aging units.
Analyze historical sales, inventory movement, branch demand, and market trends.
Prepare demand forecasts and recommend appropriate stock replenishment levels.
Develop and validate motorcycle unit allocation plans based on sales demand, inventory mix, and branch capacity.
Monitor branch and warehouse inventory to prevent stock shortages and overcapacity.
Maintain the required inventory mix for fast-moving, slow-moving, aging, and repossessed units.
Monitor aging inventory and recommend unit transfers, promotions, or other appropriate actions.
Coordinate motorcycle unit transfers and deliveries between warehouses and branches.
Track inventory movements and ensure complete and accurate documentation.
Monitor damaged motorcycle units and maintain updated tracking reports.
Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock mix, aging units, capacity utilization, transfers, and delivery performance.
Validate data accuracy across inventory, sales, ERP, and delivery-monitoring systems.
Provide management with data-driven insights and recommendations to improve product availability and inventory turnover.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, Accounting, and other concerned departments.
Support process improvements, reporting automation, and compliance with supply chain procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
At least one year of relevant experience in demand planning, inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or the retail industry.
Knowledgeable in demand forecasting, unit allocation, inventory monitoring, and replenishment planning.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
Experience using SAP, ERP, POS, inventory, or delivery-monitoring systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and data-validation skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of preparing accurate and timely reports.
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
