Globe Telecom in Metro Manila invites a senior analytics leader to head the Demand-Capacity Analytics team. You will design, build, and govern advanced demand-capacity, geospatial, and predictive analytics to guide network enablement and long-term business planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the build-up, organization, transformation, processing, and governance of demand-capacity data. Directs the end-to-end lifecycle of demand-capacity data, including the implementation of applicable governance frameworks and automated processing pipelines.
• Oversees the design and production of scripts & models needed for geospatial analytics, network build insighting, financial analysis, and demand-capacity forecasting.
• Accountable for insights, analysis, and reports that drive value maximization, capacity dimensioning, demand sizing, and capture benefits realization of build decisions.
• Ensures alignment across stakeholders on forecast drivers & results, and calibrates assumptions to improve performance accuracy for latent demand, future demand, and model updates / enhanced
• Oversees the development of financial models that assess viability and profitability of demand opportunities vs. cost to serve.
• Spearheads the transition from descriptive analytics to prescriptive data science, AI-driven demand models, and automated operations.
