Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 7 to 8 years auditing experience and 5 years supervisory experience.
• From known auditing firms is a plus.
• CPA or CIA or similar relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit five core practices: Daily Governance, Capacity & SLA Management, Quality Framework, Knowledge & Capability Readiness, and Controls & Compliance.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and traceability of RAID logs and MoMs.
• Verify daily huddles, action tracking, escalation readiness, and timely closure of gaps.
• Assess capacity planning, backlog management, SLA governance, and related metrics.
• Support remediation and RCA to close findings and strengthen controls.
