Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst to conduct internal reviews of process controls, client data protection, and business continuity. The role supports PDC initiatives and helps manage compliance engagements while coordinating with multiple functions within Accenture.

The position requires 1–2 years in internal auditing, CPA preferred, and experience with recognized auditing firms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years internal auditing experience.
• CPA is preferred only.
• Preferably from known auditing firms.
• No specific tools required.

Responsibilities

• Support deal level Go Live Readiness Review
• Monitor that findings and actions are tracked to closure and review evidence
• Follow up actions with Client Experience-Operations/stakeholders and escalate as needed
• Coordinate preparation of service delivery for certification programs (SOX, HIPAA, MHRA, URAC, PCI)
• Support service delivery in preparation for client or industry-specific certification and compliance programs
• Conduct and document scheduled and on-demand reviews to assess control environment and compliance with contracts, Accenture policies, and standards
• Provide subject matter expertise to service delivery compliance, control, and information security upon demand
• Liaise with Internal Audit, Global Asset Protection/CIRT, Information Security, Risk and Quality Management/Legal/Policy teams to ensure efficient risk management
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of required information for regular reports
• Perform other tasks as assigned
