Responsibilities

• Collecting and delivering machinery parts, bearings, and related products to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Operating and maintaining delivery vehicles in accordance with safety regulations and company standards
• Planning efficient delivery routes to maximise productivity and minimise fuel consumption
• Ensuring all delivered items are carefully handled, properly documented, and tracked accurately
• Obtaining customer signatures and payment authorisation where applicable
• Providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving delivery-related issues on-site
• Maintaining accurate delivery records and updating the dispatch system with real-time tracking information
• Performing routine vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance issues immediately
• Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations whilst operating delivery vehicles
• Supporting warehouse operations by assisting with order preparation and loading when required

Based in Calamba City, Laguna, this is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and in excellent condition. As a Delivery Rider, you will be the face of our company during customer interactions, representing our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

• Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying packages safely
