Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years in delivery or logistics.
• Knowledge of delivery operations.
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and urgent requests.
• Assigned in Balagtas, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Generate and prepare daily delivery trip tickets.
• Review and ensure accuracy of trip tickets.
• Optimize daily delivery schedules considering constraints.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers.
• Manage driver and helper rotation, including Saturdays.
• Resolve delivery issues reported by drivers.
• Provide truck details to cold storage facilities.
• Monitor delivery status updates via SMS.
• Update customer records with special requirements.
• Escalate critical issues to Delivery Supervisor.
• Submit reports and attachment of fuel/consumption details.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
