Job Summary

The Delivery Helper assists the Delivery Driver in the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of printed materials and supplies to customers. The role includes loading and unloading products, verifying delivery documents, maintaining product quality during transport, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading printed materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure all items are properly secured to prevent damage during transport.
• Help verify delivery items against invoices, delivery receipts, and packing lists.
• Assist the driver with navigation and route coordination when needed.
• Obtain customer signatures on delivery receipts.
• Provide courteous and professional service to clients.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Report damaged goods, shortages, or delivery issues to the supervisor.
• Follow company safety policies and traffic regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

• Field-based work involving travel to customer locations.
• Frequent lifting of heavy boxes (up to 25–50 kg).
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Job Specification

Education
