Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and trustworthy delivery helper whose primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the delivery and dispatching in warehouse and to our clients. They will assist with loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles, handle items with caution to prevent any damage during transport, support the Delivery Driver by aiding in navigation and directions, and help maintain adherence to the delivery schedule for timely and accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are properly secured for transport.
• Ensure that all products are sorted per SKU.
• Assisting the driver in finding delivery locations and navigating routes.
• Providing excellent customer service during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
• Checking the accuracy of deliveries, obtaining signatures or confirming deliveries, and ensuring the correct items are delivered to the correct customer.
• Following safety protocols, inspecting the vehicle, and maintaining its cleanliness.
• Assisting with inventory, reporting any discrepancies, and organizing delivery items within the vehicle.
• Assist the warehouse team in preparation of stocks if there is no scheduled delivery.
• Maintaining records and tracking permit validity.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate.
