Job summary

RMG Hospital Supply, Inc. in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, is seeking a reliable delivery driver to manage daily orders and execute efficient routes for our customers.

Your responsibilities include planning itineraries with the Warehouse Team head, assisting with loading and unloading, keeping delivery logs, conducting basic vehicle maintenance, and reporting issues to the team. A valid Professional Driver’s License with Pro 1–3 restrictions and at least 1 year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience in related field.
• Secondary to tertiary education completed.
• Valid Professional Driver’s License with Pro 1, 2, 3 restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Review and divide daily sales orders scheduled for the day.
• Plan itinerary together with the Warehouse Team head and delivery assistants.
• Assist in loading and unloading items for delivery in vehicle, including corresponding documents.
• Follow the route as specified in the itinerary, and inform the Warehouse team head if there are any changes midway.
• Record all delivered invoice in logbook.
• Performs periodic maintenance of vehicles.
• Reports back to warehouse team head if there are any vehicle repairs needed.
• Make sure that all vehicle safety equipment is complete and are working.
• Informs admin and purchasing on renewal of vehicle registration and insurance.
• Report through the company Viber group all delivery transactions done for the day.
