Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting and delivering items to mall Receiving Department Unit in a timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery such as Delivery receipt, CSS, VDR and ASN.
• Receiving and unloading pull out documents and items.
• Inspect delivery vehicles and ensure safety and security of loading and unloading process.
• Implement daily standard checking BLOWBAGETS before departure.
• Adapting driving to traffic conditions and following traffic rules and regulations.
• Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients or business in a safe, courteous and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness of orders, charges are correct and collecting payments via cash or POS. Remit such payment to Head office.
• Receiving pull outs from the Merchants.
• Established and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Reviewing and verifies orders documentation before delivery such as Invoice, purchased order and delivery receipt for wholesale and ecommerce orders to ensure accuracy.
• Contact customer via call or text to confirm delivery details.
• Orient the Merchants and answer query.
• Complete Trip documentary such as acknowledgement receipt, trade check, delivery receipts and expenses.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
