Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to ensure timely and quality delivery of assigned tasks.
• Update and maintain database and records for assignments.
• Collect files from vendors/resources and monitor vendor delivery times.
• Perform quality checks on files, prepare deliverables, and send to customers.
• Cooperate with GTS Support, Client Managers, Language Team, and Finance Department.

Essential Qualifications

• Train colleagues on workflow for client assignments to provide holiday/illness backup.
