Job summary

Crew Care Maritime Inc. is seeking a Chief Officer to serve as the second-in-command to the Master, overseeing deck operations and supervising the deck crew. You will ensure safe navigation, cargo handling, and compliance with international regulations.

You will lead safety drills, maintain documentation, and coordinate with technical and shore teams for voyage planning and vessel management.

Qualifications

• Valid Chief Officer license or equivalent maritime certification.
• Minimum 3 years in Chief Officer role with bulk and container cargo.
• Knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW and ISM Code.
• Proven leadership and crew management experience.
