Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in financial analysis or business performance management is preferred.
• CPA certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, profitability metrics, and KPIs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder management ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analyses of dealership performance using financial reports such as P&L and balance sheets.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
• Prepare quarterly dealer management reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
• Organize quarterly business review meetings with dealership management teams.
• Develop, maintain, and administer dealer scorecards across key metrics.
• Track and report KPIs to support management decisions and ensure data integrity.
